Lucy & Rebecca Team Synergy Spotlight: 2x Break Rotation

When adding Rebecca to Lucy's team, a single Tune Break triggers response skills from both characters (Rebecca's Meltdown & Lucy's Data Crash). Because responses have an 8-second cooldown:

• Place the first Tune Break early in Rebecca's swap-in snippet (right after Rat-tat-tat!) so the 8s cooldown expires before the second break.
• Place the second Tune Break after Deadlock in Lucy's rotation to maximize Data Crash damage under her Algorithm Compaction (+65% Spectro DMG) and S6 vulnerabilities.
